Mobile Phlebotomy Service Policy & Disclaimer

 

Service Scope

Amber's Home Blood Collections provides mobile phlebotomy services strictly limited to:

- The collection of venous blood samples from clients at home or work
- Proper packaging and labelling of samples
- Secure posting or couriering of samples to a UKAS-accredited and/or CQC-registered laboratory for analysis.

I do not:
- Perform any laboratory testing or analysis;
- Provide or communicate test results to clients;
- Interpret or explain test results;
- Offer any form of diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice;
- Replace or act as a substitute for the services of a GP or healthcare professional.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:
- Arranging their own test kits;
- Sending results to their GP or healthcare provider for interpretation;
- Seeking medical advice from a qualified professional regarding any test results or health concerns.

This service is provided strictly for sample collection and transport purposes only. Amber's Home Blood Collections is not a healthcare provider, does not operate as a diagnostic service, and is not regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) under the Health and Social Care Act 2008.


By using my service, you acknowledge and accept that:

- My responsibility ends once the sample is handed over to the approved laboratory or posted according to protocol.
